Payment Terms

- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service or according to the payment schedule outlined in the contract.
- Late Payments: If payments are not received on time, additional charges or late fees may apply. Work may be delayed until the outstanding balance is settled.
- Suspension of Services: Critter One reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed terms.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel a service, please provide written notice. If work has already begun, you may be responsible for any completed work and materials purchased.
- Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of service completion. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract.
Liability
Critter One Wildlife Rescue and Removal is not liable for delays or failures in service due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Supply chain disruptions
- Labor shortages
While we strive to meet deadlines, external factors may occasionally cause delays that are outside of our control.
Warranty
We provide a limited warranty for all services rendered. This warranty covers issues related to workmanship and will be specified in the service contract. Warranty periods generally range from 6 months to 1 year, depending on the service provided. The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors or improper maintenance by the client.
