Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel a service, please provide written notice. If work has already begun, you may be responsible for any completed work and materials purchased.
  • Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of service completion. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract.

Liability

Critter One Wildlife Rescue and Removal is not liable for delays or failures in service due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Labor shortages

Warranty
